Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our orders use Inpost as a delivery option. Please note, that our turnaround time does not include the time it takes for Inpost to deliver your parcel. If there are any issues, we will always contact the courier & work with them to ensure your parcels arrive quickly and safely with no problems. If there are any delivery issues, once your parcel has been dispatched, we would advise you to use your tracking number to contact Inpost directly before coming to us as delivery is out of our control. If you require a faster delivery option, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Please remember we are a small business, and our Turnaround time changes regularly. Please ensure you order with plenty of time as our orders can take up to 7-10 days to be dispatched.

Some parcels can take up to 10 days to arrive. Please wait 10 days from dispatch until you assume your parcel to be lost.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on any bespoke or personalised items unless they are faulty. Any other items (excluding Face Masks for hygiene reasons) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in a resalable condition.

All our items are checked thoroughly before they are packaged to ensure they are in top condition, if for any reason your item is faulty, please reach out to us immediately, so we can help resolve any problems or offer you a refund or replacement where possible.
