Every single one of our items is made with complete love, care, and attention to detail. To ensure your products last a long time. We recommend following our care instruction guidelines. EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS

 

It is best to wash our embroidered items by hand or on a cool setting. We recommend drying all embroidered products naturally to avoid any shrinking or distortion. Some embroidery is stitched with a shiny protective topping that may still remain. This will dissolve once the item is washed. The protective backing of embroidery will soften 

& possibly begin to peel off over time, this is normal.

PRINTED PRODUCTS

We recommend washing our printed items by hand or on a cool setting. Polyester products may have designs that will fade over time after multiple washes. If you are unhappy with how your item has faded. Please reach out to us. It will state on the product page if the design is meant to be vintage and faded. Turn inside out when washing & ironing. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

MUGS

Although Our mugs are microwave & dishwasher safe, we always recommend hand washing to ensure they stay in tip-top condition. If your Mug has arrived damaged, please let us know so we can replace your item straight away.
